After almost two decades of dedicated service to the business, Mr.Ramesh Arvadia retired from the business line in 2016. However, he did not retire from his commitment to serving his community. Mr. Ankit Arvadia, the eldest son of Rameshbhai Arvadia, is a highly dynamic business person in the new India. He strongly believes in the importance of integrating with customers, employees, shareholders, and the community, as it is the essence of being a good corporate citizen. With 9 years of experience in the field of ayurvedic product manufacturing and marketing, he always considers the long-term sustainability of the company. We are all delighted to have Mr. Arvadia as a key part of our company. His dynamic leadership is expected to propel the company forward. He firmly believes in the motto that “quality is not an act, it is a habit,” and aims to establish a profitable organization through hard work and honesty, rather than seeking short-term success.
Currently, as a partner of Dhanvantary Health Care, he oversees all marketing strategies. Additionally, in 2021, he ventured into the direct selling industry with Dhanvantary Health Care Direct Marketing Pvt Ltd, where he serves as the Managing Director. Another new venture he started in 2021 is Matri Prerna Herbals Private Limited, where he also holds the position of Managing Director. In 2023, he expanded his role as a director in Lavaya, a new venture of the Dhanvantary Group that conducts online business on various platforms.
With the help of his three younger brothers, he ensures the continuous growth of all these companies in different divisions, such as PCD business, direct selling industries, online marketing, ethical marketing, third-party manufacturing, and loan license facilitation. The Dhanvantary Group operates under the principles of transparency and honesty.
Kartik R Arvadia is a dynamic and accomplished individual, known for his sharp business acumen and innovation. Born into the esteemed Arvadia family, he is the younger son of Ramesh Bhai and the younger brother of Ankit Arvadia.
Kartik completed his education in B.Pharm from A R College of Pharmacy in Vidhyanagar in 2016. With a passion for the pharmaceutical industry, he joined the family business in the renowned Dhanvantary Group.
Taking on the role of CEO and a key figure in Matriprerna Prerna Herbals Private Limited, Kartik displayed his exceptional leadership skills and dedication to the company’s success. Under his guidance, the company witnessed significant growth and achieved remarkable milestones.
In 2022, Kartik founded Agnivesa Herbal Pvt Ltd, with a sole focus on establishing the brand “Lavaya” as a prominent player in the online platform. With his entrepreneurial spirit and relentless pursuit of excellence, he aims to revolutionize the herbal products industry and cater to the evolving needs of consumers in the digital era.

Kush V Arvadia, the elder son of Vinod Arvadia and cousin of Ankit Arvadia, is a highly motivated and innovative individual. He completed his education in B.Sc Chemistry from Uka Tarsadiya University in Bardoli in 2018.

Kush gained essential knowledge and experience during his two-year tenure at Dhanvantary Healthcare, where he honed his skills in various aspects of the business.
